Situated on the Swansea Bay, the Marina is a prominent symbol of this cosmopolitan, ever evolving city on the Southern Coast of Wales. With the tranquillity of the bay across to Mumbles Point and the heart of the City a stones throw away, Swansea Marina and the new SA1 development offer top quality accommodation.

As you would expect we have expert knowledge of market conditions and current values and treat all enquiries with the same honesty and manner we would want for ourselves. Every apartment is different, as is the landlord and tenant and we ensure that everyone involved is offered a quality service. We offer apartments to let to cover any time span for any situation. All properties are fully furnished and we offer cleaning and laundry services at competitive rates.
